Brizy Cloud Not Sync

making changes to https://blessingboat.com and it is not syncing. Correction to the web site is NOT showing.

  Since Oct 11, 2021 I have not been able to sync and update any of my websites.
  I edit the work in Brizy Cloud, the I click on "UPDATE" then I wait about 3 to 5 minutes and check to make sure that the sync completed to see my corrections.
  
  Nothing sync anymore. I have deleted everything on my hosting website and started over. I get the initial update from the zipped file. But as soon as I make any other changes Brizy Cloud does not sync and update my files. Please help.

  I use Hostgator Reseller account, I have followed all of your processes to sartup and setup a new website and upload then extract the zip file for the website in question. and then go back and make new updates and it nevers sync and updates my website.

  I have been doing this for months with NO PROBLEMS until Oct 10, 2021.
  Now I have to download HTML sip file and install manually.
  
  Please help ASAP Thank you
