Unable to upload image on Brizy Pro Builder (wordpress site)

I am unable to upload an image element. When I click on the upload button, nothing pops up.

I have the image in wordpress library and I am using Astra Theme (free version). I have deleted the default Wordpress Theme.

I have also deactivated all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro but the problem still persist.

  Please try to fully reinstall Brizy plugins (deactivate, remove, install again), then clear the website cache and check your page again. Let us know if all is working fine. Thank you!

  Hi I just did everything that you suggested but it is still not working. Can I share access to your team so that your team can check what's wrong with my Brizy Pro?
