Move projesct from Brizy Studio to Whitelabel Account
Hi support,
We are considering upgrading our current Brizy Studio to Whitelabel account.
From what I understand you need a separate account for the whitelable solution.
Is it possible to move projects arealdy created in brizy studio to the whitelabel account?

Thank you for getting in touch with us.
White label is part of the Agency Plan. Studio Plan and Agency Plan are 2 different products, which will have 2 different accounts. Cloud Agency plan can't stack up on any other plans, it needs to be on a separate account. There are technical considerations for the white label options that need to be applied to the Agency account only, so you can not upgrade Studio to Agency Plan.
At the moment there is no such possibility to move the project from Studio to Agency account, but we will move this project for you, from one account to another one. For more information about White Lebel in Brizy Cloud please see this article.

We need two separete accounts, that is clear.
So any time we need to move a website from our Studio Account to Agency Plan it can be done via a support ticket. Did I understand correctly?
I assume that if needed we can also move it back to the studio account.

Hi Tiberiu,
After purchasing Agency Plan, you will need to activate the White Label. For this, you should send an email with all the information, please read the above article. In that email, you also should send all the information about your accounts and specify which projects to transfer. However, after White Label will be activated in your account, the support team also can help you to move some projects from one account to another.
