Phone number turns black on tablet and mobile. All text is set to white on desktop.

I have a small simple announcement page for a new business shop. All text on page is set to white (#FFFFFF). For some reason, on tablet and mobile the phone number appears in black text. Is this because it is supposed to be the function for "tap to dial"? I would understand that, but there still should be a way to change the color of text on tablet or mobile. Is there any way to do that? Since the background on that part of the page is a dark green, it is difficult to see the black phone number text.
