I tried to lock in the 40% cloud agency price for after my Brizy Ltd lifetime is finished...

I bought the Brizy agency wordpress lifetime package back in February. Very happy so far. I love Brizy. That gave me Brizy cloud for 2 years until Feb 2023 along with the lifetime wordpress. Now, I wanted to take advantage of the 40% lifetime discount on the Brizy cloud agency plan before that goes away. I just purchased it thinking that it would start after Feb 2023. I want the reduced pricing, but don't need it until then, because I already have the 2 years of Brizy cloud. Right now, it says my new cloud agency will renew on Oct 9, 2022. Can the year of Brizy cloud agency start upon the end of my current Brizy cloud in Feb 2023? Otherwise, I lose the 2 year free Brizy cloud perk. I'm fine with paying now but waiting until then to use it...

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Sorry, but it is not possible to activate Agency Plan after your LTD will finishe. Agency Plan is activated from the moment you buy it. If you don't need Agency now you can refund it.

  Hi, I am so sorry, but can I go ahead with the refund? I love the idea of it, but do not have any serious clients right now. I am trying to get some things up and running, but don't see that happening until at least the end 2022. For now, my current Brizy cloud plan is more than enough.
