How to create information bar which notifies notifies that the website uses cookies?
How do I make the bar disappear after clicking the button?

  On WordPress, you can use a specialized plugin for this purpose. For example this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cookie-notice/

  Brizy does not have an extension or a separate feature created for cookies so if you want to do this with Brizy you have to use popups as a trick but a plugin created especially for cookies will look more professional.
