Brizy Wordpress Contact form

I have tried to set up a contact form for a clients website. I have the latest versions of Brizy & Brizy Pro installed. I have followed the Form Integrations > Email Notification via Wordpress exactly. The domain address is algoaeg.com.
When submitting the form I get the on-site confirmation but the form is not working as expected as no information arrives at my 'Email To' address.

Please can you advise on how to get the contact form working

  Hi Andreas,

  Thank you for contacting us.

   Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Did you check the SPAM folder?

  Did you check this with another contact plugin? For example Contact from 7. Most likely the mail_php function is not installed on your server. You can check this with a contact form plugin. If it doesn't work, you need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to install this function.

  Good morning Doina Sorry for the delayed reply. I am now 98% sure the issue is not with Brizy or Wordpress as I have tried to use a different contact form and this has still not worked. I also have a ‘Mirror’ of this website on a temporary domain using a different hosting company and this has no issues. I think it is safe to conclude that the mail_PHP is not configured correctly on the clients server and I have passed this information to them. Thanks again for all your help Andreas Anderson T
