1. the form on the homepage and referral page is not working correctly; specifically, the dropdown options are unavailable therefore the form cannot be sent
2. the slider on the homepage has split into three separate images with no text

  Hello Robert! 

  Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.17 for Brizy free and 2.3.13 for Brizy Pro.

  Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again)

  Clear the website cache and check your page again. As I can see the slider is working well on the front page.

  Regarding your form issue, please make sure your form is connected to the mail service.

  The dropdown is working well too.
