Brizy Cloud White Label Agency plan

Hello, 

I have two questions regarding the Brizy Cloud White Label Agency plan.

I am a current Brizy Cloud Studio customer and my next bill is Jul 31, 2023

1. Will I either get a (partial) refund for my Studio subscription or will my new White Label Agency plan simply start now and I will pay my next bill on Jul 31, 2023?
2. Is the 40% discount on the current advertised price of $379 or the "original" price of $499?

Also, comparing Studio and Agency, I am unsure what the benefit would be to upgrade. Is it just the white label option that is added, and all other limits are effectively lower, or is it better to just stick with my 'legacy' studio plan in this case?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Studio Plan and Agency Plan are 2 different products, which will have 2 different accounts. Cloud Agency plan can't stack up on any other plans, it needs to be on a separate account. There are technical considerations for the white label options that need to be applied to the Agency account only. The billing data for Studio does not depend on the billing date for the Agency plan.
  40% is the discount from the "original" price of $499.
  You have to decide what is the best option for you, to have unlimited websites with Studio, or to have White Label with the Agency Plan.
