Layout update does not advertise on the web

Hello, on my wordpress panel the settings I do appear updated, when I make any changes to the layout, there doesn't seem to be any error message when saving the update, being completed successfully. But when I open the browser to access the site on the mobile device or without being logged in to the wordpress panel, the updates do not appear.

I contacted my hosting provider and they found that everything was ok on their part and that it could be the plugin. Can you help me?

  Hello!

  Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.17 for Brizy free and 2.3.13 for Brizy Pro.

  Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again)

  Clear the website cache and check your page again. I am pretty sure the reason is in cache history, so do this step please.
