New user- getting Error Occurred "400 Bad Request"

Hello,

This same thing is happening to me that seems to have happened to a lot of people. I receive the "400 Bad Request" error message shown below when I try to edit a project. I started by trying to edit a project I already had created a few weeks ago. I got that error message. So I created a new one and instantly got that error again. It happens on the dashboard. I have never able to go past that page.  I am a new user and do not have any sites up yet.  I have also tried logging on with both Google Chrome and Safari.  I am working on the Brizy Cloud site.
