Problem with my Brixy Pro Lifetime Purchase
I have just purchased "Brizy Pro Lifetime" and "Brizy Cloud Studio" on 30-Sep-2021, but once I login to my account, I did not see the above Brizy license activated, I can only see my existing Appsumo license.
I think there is something wrong on my account, I have sent email to hello@brizy.io for support since 1-Otc-2021 but did not see any respond till now (3 days since sent).

We just checked this account = mr.souriya@gmail.com and you have here only the Appsumo Plan. Could you please send us the order ID from your purchase for Studio Plan or the email that you have received from the Paddle? Also, could you please check if you didn't purchase the Studio Plan with another email?

Please advice where or which email address I should send to? Or should I post my order info here in the comment?

Below are the purchasing info including screenshot of paddle email, paypal and welcome emails confirmation from hello@brizy.io. I also confirm that i used this email mr.souriya@gmail.com to purchase.
