Agency Plan - Very Poor
Nothing has changed since I updated to the agency plan.
No white label option - which I'm assuming you guys do manually which kinda sucks... I'd rather have the option in my dashboard to do that.
Your site also showed screen previews of our sites on our dashboard, it's still this worthless image. When will you guys fix this? If you're advertising it like that, you need to reflect it then. This honestly looks like crap and a huge amount of wasted space until you add that screen preview of our sites...
You guys should have released the agency plan AFTER you developed everything that was in the agency plan. We're literally paying for no upgrades right now which is not right or honest of you guys.

The setup will be done manually on our side and will take a couple of days based on a number of factors (some out of our control like domain propagation). Also, at the moment we are working on documentation in which we will explain all the things about Whitelabel, soon it will be released.
Regarding the second question about screen previews, I see that we have already an open ticket and my colleagues have already answered to you. Could we please continue the discussion in that private chat? We will continue to investigate the problem you encounter and will strive to find a solution for it.
