Global Blocks don't sync with other pages in same website

I made two blocks as global blocks on the homepage, they are supposed to be synchronized to all other pages but they are not able to find on another page.

Please see the screenshot:

Here is the homepage and I make two global blocks

Here is another page and the global blocks are empty:

  Hello!

  Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.17 for Brizy free and 2.3.13 for Brizy Pro.

  Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again)

  Clear the website cache and check your page again.

  After it, go to Settings --> Permalinks and push the save button. In general WordPress settings, I mean.

  Let me know the results.
