Contact Form is not working

Hello, the contact form is not working, I made all the steps you said in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ceRRayuv2uw) I created a page to redirect when you finish the contact form and conect with google and wordpress.

When you filled the contact form and want to send, it just appear a webpage with an "0", also it does't appear the "select" in the final form.

  Hi,

  Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.3.17. and PRO 2.3.13? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?
