    Hi Anders,

how's there, in Denmark? Not too much news about you guys here in Eastern Europe. It's a sign that everything is fine 😀.

Regarding the question: the thing is that each number in the navigation is a separate page and when a new page is opened, it is opened from the top. I understand that it is not very convenient, especially in your case when you have the pagination in the middle of the page but this does not work locally in the section with posts, it is actually a separate page. This will be improved in the future as we have it on the list but at the moment this is how it works. It is best to think of the pagination grid at the top of the page.

about the image question: Can you please give us more details? I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

    Hi Alex
Thanks for fast reply and concern.
Denmark is back to normal and totally open again, and the world is looking and asking “how did they do that”. Well..3 things:
    1. We trust our government and did follow their guidelines (who was recommendations, not law)
    2. We had massive testing and needed Coronapasports to re-enter society, restaurants ect. So the virus couldn’t spread.

    3. 85% took the vaccines and new outbreaks were localized fast and isolated. Our government even banned Astra Seneca’s vaccine after the insecurity about heart failures (despite it were more safe getting it than not. But it raised the public trust).

It’s actually fantastic but we know that we are a small, vulnerable country and therefore have a kind of historical built in responsibility for each other.

But you know...Winter is coming, so it ain’t over until the fat corona lady (don’t) sing, and I don’t believe she will ever stop completely. So please get the damn shots and prevent the mutations and spreading! Thank you.

    What about your country?

And about the pagination problem. All right. Good you’re on to it!, but isn’t there a CSS fix somehow that can scroll back to the post-containers position? Because they are normally not placed in the top all the time! What if we could combined it with the slider function somehow?

And regarding the image-text I meant using the standard WP function for image captions that you write in the media library, to your pictures, so they would automatically show up if you post a picture, especially in a post where you select a ‘chosen image for your post.

I can see that this wish pops up a lot of places in your support forums.

    Have a great Brizy day

    /Anders

    Does it make sense?

    Hi Anders,

I'm afraid I don't have a CSS solution for this case. But, I think you could use a carousel instead of a Post grid. What do you think? You can display the posts in a carousel so you will eliminate pagination: https://jmp.sh/uZKogRQ

Re the image-text: I think you mean ALT tag. Many have asked us to add ALT text and this has been done. This tag can have a positive impact on search engine rankings.

Hi Alex Thanks for a creative solution regarding the pagination issue. Unfortunately you’re Jumpshare example has disappeared (the link you wrote below). So I just have to understand how. Do you mean putting a blog-archive inside a carousel or where will you configure it to show all and certain categories? ———————— And regarding the ALT-tag for image-captions. No, that’s not my need (and I did read about that in your forums). It is when you write an image caption in the Media Library, and it will show up under the picture, like normal WordPress do it. Especially in posts. (See attached screenshots!) Regards Anders

    Hi,

yes, you can have a dynamic carousel to display your posts from a certain category: https://jumpshare.com/v/YtksbJV7r2YxoowiLZp2
