Global Widget Area or Within a Section

I am currently building out sites on the Brizy Cloud and I want to create a sidebar within a section (i.e. Blogs) and without having to update every page, 100s of pages,  is there a way to create a global block or something for a column within a section?  

For example, in WordPress, I can create a widget block and then update the widget and it will update all pages that the widget is on.  Can this be done within Brizy Cloud?

  In Cloud is available the same Global Block functionality. Check more here: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360031707651-How-to-use-global-blocks

  But there are no separate areas for footer or sidebar as in WordPress.
