how can i setup when a client send a message to me, to recive himself a copy of the message or a personalized message?

  No, we don't have the autoresponder option in Brizy form. Therefore, if you will connect the Brizy form with the integration form, some of them could have an autoresponder, but you should check it in the setting of that integration form. Here you can find a list of available integrations and how to integrate them with Brizy: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043670132-Contact-form-integrations- I.  hope some of them have an autoresponder service so you can use it.   i dont need a autoresponse. my client will fill out that form for me to se the location where i have to upload content. but why they appear checked out if the user dosent check it?

  Can you elaborate the workflow you have mentioned above in more detail? Please mention the activities you and the client will carry out sequentially

  1. What happens first? The client fills out a form?
  2. What happens next? You see a location for upload?
  3. Are there subsequent steps?

  You said "why they appear checked out if the user doesn't check it" Can you elaborate what you are saying here in more detail? Please include a screenshot if possible.
