    Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

The image can have low quality if it has small dimensions and is added in a column, row, block with a bigger size. Could you check please if the Image Size, Height, and Zoom are set at 100%? Also, could you check if the column where is added the image isn't bigger than the image?

Brizy has its own method for handling images. See this article regarding this.

Could you send us the link to the page you find this inconvenience?

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi Nelea,

As I mentioned, I dont use any ''%'' and match the perfect pixel of image. On editor area image quality is much better but on live frontend is not. Zoom is always 100% and I never use it. I dont wanna share a link public. Can you share me area where can I send it private?

    Thanks.

    Ok, its no matter URL.

Just want to know; example image area row 200px width and I added image 300px width. Image is bigger than area and image going to smaller (200px) and lost quality???
Why image lost quality, if image is bigger than area? It makes more sense in the opposite direction.

With my scenario my image should be sharp. But image is going with blur.
Can you let me know please why this is happening?

    Hi,

Yes, we know about this problem. Soon we will release a new update and you will be able to choose the size that you want for the image, even the original one. The new modules for images are already in process.

    Best regards, Nelea.
