My Appsumo LTD did not upgrade to Studio pro plan after purchase.
Can I have the support email so that I can send you the paddle invoice as a proof of purchase,

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Can you please give us more details? The Studio plan and Appsumo license are two separate licenses and they don't upgrade one to another.

I am able to access the Appsumo LTD Account account but not able to access the studio pro account.
They both have the same email id: pranesh.*****@gmail.com.
Can you check the backend . When I purchased through paddle I was able to login for the
first time.
If you can give me an email can email you the paddle invoice.
