Wordpress plugin doesn't seem to be working for me

Hello,

When I edit a page and click "Update", I just see the spinning update icon but the page isn't saving. Normally updates in a few seconds but now, the icon is just spinning indefinitely

I've got Brizy Pro 2.3.13 (Brizy free 2.3.17 also installed)

Everything working fine last time I used it a few days ago

Any advice welcome

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please try to fully reinstall Brizi Free and Pro plugins (deactivate, remove, install again), then, please clear the website cache and check your page again.

  If I do that, will I lose the page styling / content I've created using Brizy?

  Hi,

  No, we will not lose anything, you just reinstall the plugin again, this will not affect your project.

  Thanks for your help with this.

  I think this was actually an issue with my Wordpress hosting and not Brizy.

  Appreciate your quick responses to my post
