Popup Links Defaulting to Top of Page

I am trying to create a text link within a paragraph that, when clicked on, will open a popup. No matter what text I'm highlighting within a paragraph, when I create the link and link it to a popup, the link is defaulting to the top of the page rather than the in-paragraph text that I'm trying to link.

  Hi,

  thanks for your message. I managed to reproduce this problem and I have already created an internal issue. We'll fix this in one of the next updates. In the meantime, I'd recommend adding a separate text element with the word that contains the link to the popup.

  Hi,

  please update Brizy to the latest versions: Brizy Free 2.3.17 and PRO 2.3.13 and everything will work fine.

  Sorry, that's what I'm running and I'm still having the issue. I tried clearing my cache, etc. to no avail.

  Hi,

  Do you have optimization plugins? Try disabling all external plugins and adding pop-ups in a new text element.

  I did try it in troubleshooting mode with only Brizy and Brizy Plus activated. I was still having the same issue when attempting to create the link in the middle of a paragraph. The link was still jumping to the beginning of the paragraph regardless of what text I highlighted to link.
