how long we need to wait 'sync in progress'?

I've wating half of the day and there is no change on my sync site

how long we need to wait 'sync in progress'?

is there any way to make it faster?

  Regarding what you have said, the Sync usually takes 10 minutes. Please try to clear the cache folder and the file/folders from the var folder. This might help! If you have any other questions or problems that you encounter, feel free to ask! We will be happy to help.

  yes, I've deleted the cache folder

  but then my try getting error like this
