Unable to edit Brizy Template page

Hi,

I'm setting up a new website for a client using Brizy.  I've create a blog posts template page,

It works fine when I open a blog post, but when I try and edit it in Brizy I get told:

This page doesn't seem to exist.

It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Maybe try searching?

 

If I press the WP edit button it opens the page. 

 

If I click the edit with Brizy button on the page I again get a page doesn't exist error.

 

 

Last time this happened I hadn't done much to the template so just started again.  I don't want to have to do that every time the template needs an update.

 

How can I fix this so the template is editable again?

  Thank you for your message!

  Regarding what you have said, can you please try and deactivate/delete Brizy plugins and then try and reinstall them again? When you do that, make sure that you will have the latest versions.   Its a new website so has the latest version installed.  I deactivated/reactivated and that solved the edit issue.

  Follow up question, how do I add the post author box to the template?
