Brizy Cloud - HTML Download Stopped Working Properly

Hi Support,

I have been downloading the .zip html version of my website successfully for many months - with the .zip folder containing my entire website ready for upload to a webhost.

This was working fine yesterday, but this morning although the html download process completes successfully as usual, the .zip folder now only contains a single .html file, with most of my website missing.

Whether its a freak coincidence or not I don't know, but yesterday I did remove the domain name entries that pointed my own domain name to the location of my Brizy site, pointing the domain instead at my new webhost by changing the name servers on my domain to those of my new webhost.

Is this perhaps the cause of this change in html download behaviour? Or have Brizy recently changed the html download function so that it only downloads pages that have changed since a previous download? Or is there some other explanation?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

  Hi,

  Thank you for your message.

  We did not change anything in the HTML function. If you try to download again your project, do you have still this issue? Perhaps it was a temporary issue related to uploading time.

  I did try it a couple of times earlier and got the same just-a-single-file result.

  But I tried it again and it now works fine - so excellent news!
