Rule change for India payments card from 01/OCT/2021

Hi

Recently I subscribed for Brizy STUDIO plan but things now changed. 

From the 01/OCT/2021 rules are changing for Indian Credit/debit Cards by RBI.

No one saved your card details on their platform for future payments. You have to provide card detail for every transaction.

Recently got mail from PayPal about our active subscription, going to decline after 01/OCT/2021.

So our subscription with brizy studio will be declined after 01/OCT/2021.

So please give us option for that like, pay before due date or revalidate subscription every year. Otherwise we don't have any option to active subscription of brizy studio.

Please look in to it ASAP. This apply to all Indian clients.

  Thank you or your message!

  Regarding what you have said, before you will be charged by Paddle, you will get an email. Paddle is the one who collects payments, taxes, etc. and he takes into account all the legislative changes in all the countries. So Paddle will come with a link so that you can add card data. If Paddle still fails to make these changes, we will discuss in private and somehow resolve this. Hope this helps and made things clear!
