Agency Plan Queries

Hi,

Please clarify the following for me:

1. Do you have any further info on your agancy plan yet? If so, please provide a link.

2. Most agency plans out there provide both site duplication and site backups. These are major considerations, so please advise if they are included, and if not, when can we expect them?

3. In terms of bandwidth & SSD storage, most agencies offer a set amount per account. Even if your plan (may) say 'unlimited', there must be some realistic limits? 

4. With the studio cloud plan, is there any way I can currently back up my sites? Would I have to set up some separate hosting and use a plugin? If so, could I automate this process? 

5. Any update on the agency discount for exisiting LTCs with cloud studio?

  Hi David,

  Thank you for getting in touch with us.

  1. Until Sep 30 the only information about the Agency Plan you can find here.https://www.brizy.io/brizy-pro-pricing-changes/

  2. .The option to duplicate sites will be in all plans from free to Agency Plan. This option is on our priority list and it will be released soon.
  You don't have access to backups and restoration, but we do on our side, everything is backed up and we can restore any project for you in case ... Just to let you know, in the past year, we had no such attacks or problems with losing any projects. At the moment, we don't when this future will be released for users and in which plan, it will be included.
  3. The unlimited plan rest unlimited, we don't have now any restrictions.
  4. Whit the Studio Plan you also can not have a buck up for the sites. The answer is the same as in the 2 questions.
  5. No, we don't have discounts.

  Hi Nelea,

  Thanks for the info. How often are the plans backed up from your side? Is it hourly, daily, weekly or virtually instantaneous?

  Also, can you be more specific than 'soon'? I understand that you don't know for sure, but I need some kind of timeframe to keep in mind, even if you don't make your estimated release time.

  Hi David,

  The backed-up of the project is made hourly.  Sorry, we don't have an exact ETA for this future, I can't say when it will be released, because at the moment we have full of work with some other features, fixes, and improvements and for this reason, we don't know exactly what feature will be next released.
