Block Moving On Page

There is one block in particular which continues to relocate itself to a different position on the page. There is no pattern to this behavior nor do I see it happen. It could be ok for an hour but then I view my website and boom... it's moved again! 

I have read all of the similar posts but not one solution. 

I am experiencing this on Brizy Cloud.

  Can you please check if you delete this block and add it again do you have the same problem? Could you please send us the URL link of the page where you receive this inconvenience? Could you also send us a video record whit this issue? Please tell us which is the exact block that is moving?
