how to do a double box ?

I would like to do a double box, like this :

But curently, I don't find anything ready for it...

  Hi,

  This item is called FlipBox and unfortunately, Brizy doesn't have it yet. As a possible solution, you could add text to an image and add this image as hover background to the column.

  Ok thanks. I've done what I wanted with a css rules, opacity with hover, i'ts ok.
