When I click upload (As shown in the video) then select my downloaded zip file to upload... and click "Install now"... it then simply thinks for a long time and then times out.  I've tried it zipped and unzipped.  I've reloaded and redownloaded.  I've watched every video I could find for hours.  please help!

  If I wait long enough, installing the zipped version it eventually goes to: 

  This site can’t be reached

  The connection was reset.

  Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics

  ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

  I am on PC, the example seems to be on Mac.

  Hi Joshua,

  Can you please delete both plugins Brizy Free and Pro, clear the browser cache then install manually again? Let us know if all is working fine. Thank you.

  Hello Joshua!

  What is your server settings? You shold check your server parameters, such as PHP time limit, PHP memory limit, Max input time, Upload max filesize

  Try to install plugin thru FTP
