Add Blog option doesn´t show in my account

Hello, i see the tutorial to add blog to website but in my account i don´t have that option.

  If the site is created after February 5, then Blog functionality is already available on your site, but if it is created before February 5 unfortunately it is not available yet. At this time, we cannot provide an ETA for this, but we are working hard to launch it as soon as possible. For more information please see this article.
