Brizy Refund

I purchased Brizy Personal plan, $49. Then, decided to upgrade to Studio. My Personal plan was canceled, but I am requesting a refund on it. 

Receipt # 28507582-28856771 - $49

Also, when I got the Studio plan, when I went to put in my card details, it said I would be charged $50 the first year and $99 every year afterward. I have the screenshot. I was charged $99.
