Popup won't display on website

Hi, we are having an issue getting our popup to display on a website built with "Town Web".

The code is embedded in the footer on this web page.
The code display conditions are set to: On page load after 1 second.

This is the code that was used:

If you could take a look at this and let us know what we can do to fix it we'd greatly appreciate it.

  Thank you for your question.

  Please make sure that you have a block on your page, with a footer tag selected

  As Script is added to the footer, it is necessary to have a footer on your page. 

  Please, let me know the results.

  Hi Mihail,

  Thanks for the information. I went ahead and updated the block from a DIV to Footer, but am still experiencing the issue. Any other ideas?
