Brizy editor won't load

Hello,
Configuration - Brizy free 2.3.16 and Pro 2.3.13 - WP 5.8.11 with Pro-Child theme

After disabling all extensions except Brizy,
After removing Brizy free and Pro and reloading them and activated,
After consulting several posts on the subject: exactly the same loading wheel that other users have.

Also, I am addressing you. Thanks in advance for your help
