Hello,

I've just upgraded my account to Agency pro. Yesterday when I was about to do this, it showed that my time included on my Lifetime account would be added to the subscription. Now it seems I have paid $99 for basically only 1 month extra. The cloud was included in my original lifetime deal until August 2022 and now it shows I will be billed $99 again on September 2022. 

Can you please correct this for me?

  My apologies for the confusion, I meant Brizy PRO Studio of course. :) I definitely wanted that deal before you move on to your new pricing structure, but as mentioned, it seemed yesterday it would start counting from my current cloud expiry date. Thanks for your help!
