    Hello!

Please make sure that you are using latest Brizy plugin versions, which is 2.3.16 for Brizy free and 2.3.13 for Brizy Pro.

Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again)

Clear the website cache - It is a most important thing you should do, and check your page again.

    Let me know the results.

    Kind regards,

    Mihail

    Sadly, that did not work.

I confirmed that I was running the latest version of Brizy and Brizy Pro, then uninstalled completely and reinstalled.

I have also cleared the site cache as well.

Another update. We have determined that what is displaying is the mobile menu. Again any help would be greatly appreaciated.

I am currently having the same issue. I have cleared the website caches and only had this issue begin when I updated the plugins to the latest versions tonight. Why does it seem every time there is an update something breaks.... is there a known fix for this issue?

I am also experiencing this problem on a couple websites.

Each time I update Brizy, it seems that this problem comes up with the menu. It's super annoying. Usually it can be fixed by clearing the cache.

This time, clearing the cache is not resolving the problem.

I have deactivated and deleted Brizy (2.3.16) and Brizy Pro (2.3.13), then reinstalled them. Then cleared the cache. Yet this issue with the menu still remains on a couple sites running Brizy and Brizy Pro.

I agree with Matt ... it does seem that something breaks each time there is a Brizy update.

    Thanks,
    Bradley

    Hello Bradley!

Thank you for your message. In the case of Matt, was an issue with the Autoptimize plugin option. You should disable the Aggregate CSS-files option if you use this plugin too.

We already working on this issue, but until it is done, we recommend disabling it.

If you use another caching plugin, please let us know.

    Kind regards,

    Mihail

I noticed that my problem came with a custom css and js plugin. If I disabled it (even though there was no coe in the plugin) it remedied my problem.

    Hi Mihail,

Thanks for the tip. The sites are using the Breeze caching plugin. The problem with the menu went away when I disabled the CSS Minification option.

    Sincerely,
    Bradley
