Blog Posts Block?

Is there an ability to insert a simple blog post block like the one that exists in the regular WordPress editor?  I want to show blog posts based on different categories on different pages.

If not, is there a way to switch back to the WordPress editor to insert it onto my different pages?

  You can Use Posts element for it
