    Thank you for contacting us.

    A user can export an HTML project only if he has the role of Owner or Manager in that account.

    Unfortunately the problem persists. I asked a colleague jans@vnr.de in the Sub-Account “simplify-my-worklife PSM” to export a project.
    She has a “Manager Role” and still is redirect to the pricing page. Also checked for Caching-issue but could rule this out quickly.

    Hello Nelea,

    I am facing the same issue as David is. After publishing, when I try to export to html it redirects to pricing page. Please share if any update available.

    I have "Freelancer" active subscription.

    With the Freelancer Plan you can't export to HTML, please see here the options included in this plan.

    Hello Nelea, I appreciate your quick response. I wasn't aware of that. I bought the Freelance plan under the impression that the HTML export is supported. I subscribed to it today and wish to have the HTML export feature. Requesting you to upgrade my plan to "Agency 39$ per month" instead of my current yearly plan. I am not asking for any refund, rather just change my plan to the monthly Agency plan for the amount I paid. FYR, Order Number / Receipt: #32649485-36781845 for my current plan. Thank you

    I have checked your account and I see that we have already bought the Agency Plan, now you have active 2 plans: Freelancer and Agency.  If you don't need the Freelancer plan we can proceed with the refund for this plan. Please advise, do you need both plans?
