Hamburger Menu Not Working On Mobile

Hi, my Hamburger Menu that I created isn't working on mobile. It usually works once or twice when I delete cache but then it is unresponsive. Not sure what I can do to make it work.

  I deleted my cache yesterday so it might be working now, but after a few days it stops working and cant be used until I delete my cache again.
