Both Contact forms and Burger Menu Don't Work

Hello,

The contact forms on my website don't work, not a single one of them. When I click send message button, it opens a new page with number 0 on it. Can you please help me fix this? I tried using both WordPress and Gmail options to send the message, nothing works. Also, the burger menu on mobile and tablet version of the website don't work. My plugin is up to date. Please advise.

  Can you please provide us link to your website? Or the link to a page with contact form which is not working?

  Please update your Brizy Free to 2.3.15 And Brizy Pro to 2.3.12

  After it, Please clear your website cache and cache of your browser too.

  I did what you asked me to, the plugins were up to date by the way. I'm still having the same issue. Please advise.
