Hi, I tried changing the email on the account but I never got the email to confirm the change so I can move forward with it. Can you please resend it?

If you said the email has been changed, why am I still getting emails regarding tickets that I have open with you guys to my old email (the one starting with "marketing")?

Hi,
You have received the emails from the tickets on the,,marketing,, email ,because the tickets are on an external platform and the support on another platform. I have already changed your email from marketing to m.. from the external platform too. Let us know if we can help you with something else.
