Error when duplicating blocks

Hi there,

Ive run through many topics here in relation to the error:
"This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."

I have taken the following steps based on recommendations here on the Brizy Support page:

1. Installed a database caching plugin (WP-Rocket) and cleaned the database, images, minify etc. Problem persists
2. Clicked on "Update" in wordpress (not brizy) page, problem still persists.
3. Re-installed wordpress, problem still persists.
4. Increased PHP limit to 512, problem persists, then increased to 1024 but problem was still there
5. Made an edit, and clicked "Go back to Dashboard" without clicking update so that the browser pop-up "Changes have not been saved" appears, and clicked "Leave" without saving on purpose. Alas, problem still persists.

After much digging, i found out that the issue happened ONLY when i duplicate an element. If i click update after inserting a new element (example, text element), the update works fine. But if i duplicate an existing column, the error appears.

This is very much a brizy bug, ive had a similar issue before but it miraculously disappeared. Im the only one editing the site hence there should not be another tab open for the website. Please do kindly help me fix this. Thank you very much.

  Thank you for contacting us. 

  Please update your Brizy Free to 2.3.15 And Brizy Pro to 2.3.12

  Try also manually delete and install plugins again

  After it, Please clear your website cache and cache of your browser too. 

  Please let me know the results.

  Hi there, somehow when i totally uninstalled and re-installed both brizy and brizy pro, the issue was solved. I'm guessing this might be some issue with the version of the plugins that i had, as i updated them from the wordpress plugins page but the issue was the same. Only when i deleted and reinstalled both plugins the issue has disappeared.
