Hi can you please check my Cloud Pro Billing if this is right because I just purchased the $99 Cloud Pro before the 18th deadline and I’m getting confused with the billing. Because I know that it will renew once my current unlimited cloud pro expires then the 1 year will kick in. Please let me know.

  Hi Joey,

  We have already proceeded the refund for your Studio Plan.  After this in your account, in the Brizy dashboard, you can upgrade your old plan and pay only the difference,  we will have the button where you can upgrade to the Studio Plan.  

  VERY IMPORTANT: In order for the plan to apply after your 2 free years, you need to purchase the plan from your account. DON'T purchase it from the regular pricing page because the plan will start applying right away and you'll lose the rest of your free time you have on your account.
