Lifetime Deal Not Needed

I replied to a previous support request via email and haven't received a response so I am creating a new post. I have a new problem: I bought both the lifetime deal and the Studio plan, but after watching Dimi explain in the recent video about the differences between all the different plans and customer situations, I now realize that I only need the Studio plan (plus possibly the Brizy Cloud Agency or Reseller plan). Please, refund the lifetime deal as I don't need white-label Brizy WP. For $99 per year, the Studio plan provides unlimited Brizy WP sites plus Brizy Cloud hosting with unlimited custom domains. That combined with either the Agency or the Reseller plan (haven't decided which one yet) is all I need. Thank you. By the way, the new site design truly is excellent!

    Hi Kristin,

    If you want a refund for the Lifetime Plan then we have to refund the Studio Plan as well. After both plans will be refunded you can buy the new Studio Plan. You bought the Studio Plan with our special deal, that applies the recurring after 2 free years from the LTD plan. If you want to refund the LTD, you will lose these 2 years too.

    Sorry, I should have realized that about the timing with the special Studio plan. Yes, please, refund both and then I will buy the regular Studio plan before it expires on 18 September 2021. Thank you for the clarification. Kristin Daisy
