Problem with upgrading my subscription

Hello! Hope you had a great summertime  

 

I saw your promotion about changing the pricing from the 18th of September, and I would really like to move from PERSONAL to PRO STUDIO License. 

 

Although when I go to the page to upgrade my subscription and shows about 50 EUR when I need to pay it shows over 100 EUR (full price). I remember it was possible to pay the difference for the remaining time. I attach also a screenshot, where my email appears as well. 

 

Any help is appreciated! Thank you and all the best!
