    Thank you for contacting us.

    I'm sorry but we can't reproduce the problem. I drag and drop some elements in our builder and everything works fine, please see here. Could you please send us a video record of the problem that you encounter? so we could see how is working your builder.

    Yes I have exactly the same issue.

    I wonder how resource intensive Brizy cloud is. I run an older laptop, albeit with 8gb memory.

    Hi Nelea,

    I attached a video here. In the video, I try to change the color in the styling section. I move the picker and it takes more than 10 seconds for the picker to move its position.

    So far I have tested in 2 different computers, restarted the router, clearing the cache, but it is still the same.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    For me, all features work very slow from couple of days.

    Additionally, and what's worse, it totally stoped saving changes! I edit page, click Update, and after second or two update is done -- or it rather seems so, because it's not! No changes are saved.

    The Wordpress has been updated. Can this be an issue?

    Please help, as I need to work on the project!

    Sorry for the late reply, support is limited on weekends.

    Could you, please, confirm that we have the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.15 and Brizy Pro 2.3.12? Please, try to deactivate all other plugins, clear cache, and check if you still can not save changes. Also, please send us a video record so we could understand your issue.

    I am still facing the problem. It takes a very long time to reflect whenever I change color or change font, and few other things. 

    I noticed it happens to a lot of the layouts in Brizy Cloud. 

    Further to my testing so far, it wasn't an issue to Blocks. only Layouts. Certain layouts are not affected eg "Kid Quest". Other layouts (both existing layouts and recently added new layouts) are affected.

    Can the support team have a look at this urgently? It is holding back a few of my members to upgrade their Brizy Cloud. The price changes take effect end of this month but hope it can be resolved asap as for me, it is not easy to work with it. THanks.

    I have the same problem, the styling options in Brizy cloud take a very long time to apply (enough time to check my mails).

    I use the cloud a lot to make models for my clients, so this is really a problem for me
