can't acces specific block

Hi,
I'd like to edit a block but I can't have any acces on it
I try with no plugging activate except brizy & brizy pro... still spinning
Any suggestion?

  Can you please provide more info? 

  What are your Brizy plugin versions? Is it an existing page or you just created it? Does it happen on any page of your website?  Can you provide us step by step instructions to reproduce it?
