SSL/Https Missing

Hi,

I have connected a custom domain via Brizy but the free SSL/Https hasn't been installed  even after 48 hours.

I followed this tutorial to setup the domain: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-?_ga=2.135656053.599040963.1600188187-101960219.1599834687

Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi,

  it seems that the CNAME is not added or not added correctly. Please refer to this article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect- For a custom domain you should have both: A record and CNAME record.
