BUG REPORT - PLAYLIST - VIDEO COVER CAN'T BE CHANGED

Hi,

We use the playlist widget to show videos hosted on Youtube.

Unfortunately, we are not able to modify the cover of videos and therefore not able to create new ones (diplicate+modify). This issue is on all our websites.

The "delete cover" has disappeared.

What should we do?
