Oceanwp transparent header will cover brizy section editor icon, Can't edit first section on brizy.

Hm, I think you can try to reorder sections: Screenshot
Edit the section as you need and reorder it back to the previous section's order.
Also, You can try to change template to Brizy template, this way themes header should be disabledand you will be able to edit mentioned section too.

Thats actually still a quite annoying problem. why not simply move the edit section button left of the sections?

so even when its somehow hidden or overlayed with some floating element....you still would have a second way to access it.
